directions for use

grip the handle with one hand.

while seated, slowly and carefully insert sponge into vaginal canal. maintain a grip on the handle.

gently twist dripstick while inserted in the vaginal canal as necessary. if you are an IUD user, it is not necessary to twist the sponge.

use the handle to slowly and carefully remove the sponge from the vaginal canal.

if you're having trouble with insertion, wait a minute for gravity to do it's thing! think about it like this - if the cum is deposited pretty deep inside of you and hasn't slid down yet, there is nothing for the sponge to absorb or slide against.
