Well-researched but out of date

This book was last updated in 2017, and A LOT has happened in the world of menopause since then. I haven't read much of it, but so far, it seems to be very well researched. There is a lot of detailed clinical information about our bodies and what is happening as we transition and beyond, including things like alpha and beta estrogen receptors. I look forward to reading the whole book, if only to discover if there are any tips on managing menopause symptoms. It just needs to be updated for 2025.
