退款政策

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us promptly at info@pelvicfloorstore.com. We kindly request that you take photos of the damaged product and send them to info@pelvicfloorstore.com within 7 days of delivery. It is crucial to file a damage report—not a claim—with the carrier (USPS, UPS) within this time frame. Unfortunately, if the damage report is not submitted within 7 days, we cannot ensure a refund or replacement. We ask our customers to allow us to submit a claim to the postal carrier, enabling us to provide a replacement or refund. Should you choose to file the insurance claim yourself, you will need to wait for approval and reimbursement, after which you can reorder the product from our website. Please note, customer-initiated claims do not guarantee an automatic replacement or refund from our company.

Malfunctioning or Non functioning items:

Please contact info@pelvicfloorstore.com within 30 days of receipt of the item.    More often than not, we will have you reach out to the manufacturer for service or replacement of the item.   As the distributor of items, The Pelvic Floor Store is not responsible for defective items manufactured by other companies, but we will help you to get the information you need to contact these companies. 

Returns

Our policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, once 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as foods, supplements, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items. 

*****Because of the personal nature of our products many of our products are not eligble for refund.****

We are unable to accept returns on vitamins and food based products
We are unable to accept returns on massagers and vibrators or other intimate items
We are unable to accept returns on balms, creams, oils, suppositories, or lotions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software,  that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, since refunds often require processing time before appearing.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Some items will be directly exchanged from the manufacturer.  Contact us for that information.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pelvicfloorstore.com and send your item to: PO Box 756, Clarksburg NJ 08510, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For undeliverable or returned  items shipping will not be refunded because the service has already occured. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs and taxes

We are a United States based company and thus are unable to keep abreast of the rules and regulations of taxes and customs in other countries, thus it is your responsibility to know the rules that pertain to your country.  Thus when ordering from us you will be responsible to pay any appropriate fees associated with taxes and customs.  We are unable to refund these costs if you decide not to accept the product, if you return the product or if you accept the product.   By purchasing from our store you are taking on all the responsibilities of your own country. 

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

 

FREE SHIPPING

If you received free shipping on an order and your return lowers your total purchase below the cost of the free shipping you may owe the difference in the original shipping.
