Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note: Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
In rare instances, warehouse shortages or inventory discrepancies may delay shipping. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible if your order is affected.
Delivery Timing & Delays
Shipping times vary based on destination, shipping method, and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Labor disputes

Political policy changes or unrest

Public health emergencies or pandemics

Any other unforeseen events impacting logistics or travel
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and/or customs authorities, and we are unable to intervene or expedite delivery.

If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, it will be updated with your order. Please note: some First Class International USPS shipments may not include full tracking to the destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
Rates shown reflect shipping fees only and do not include taxes, customs duties, or import-related fees.
International Shipping, Customs, & Import Taxes
UPDATE 11/23/2025: Due to recent changes in taxes and duties, along with the uncertainty of rapidly evolving policies, we have decided to exclusively use DHL for international shipping. DHL provides a transparent process by collecting duties and taxes at the time of checkout, ensuring there are no unexpected charges upon delivery. While this may result in higher shipping rates compared to what you may be accustomed to, we believe this change will provide a smoother and more reliable experience for our customers. We hope that the service provided by DHL will help mitigate some of the issues as stated in the policy below. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We are a United States-based business and do our best to support international orders. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their country’s import regulations and tax policies.

Import duties, VAT, tariffs, and brokerage fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

These additional charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We cannot expedite, control, or influence customs processing times.

We cannot issue refunds for delays, returns, or rejections caused by unpaid customs fees or international shipping complications.
By placing an international order, you accept all associated risks and costs related to your country’s customs and import policies.
Customs & Delivery Delays
Most international orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, but customs inspections and processing may delay delivery further. If your package is delayed, please use your tracking number and consult your local customs office.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these rare, but possible, interruptions. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or any external carrier, regulatory, or geopolitical events.
Backorders
If any item in your order is on backorder, we will ship the in-stock items immediately. The backordered item will ship as soon as it is available, at no additional cost to you.
